Oats are loaded with fiber, which is both digestion friendly and heart loving! They start your day right and keep you satisfied. Overnight oats make it easy to enjoy these benefits daily. Just stir these up at night then top with super foods in the morning. You will feel radiant as you begin another glorious day. This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and even sugar-free!
Ingredients ½ cup Rolled Oats, gluten-free 1 teaspoon chia seeds ¾ cup non-dairy milk (we used almond) 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1 drop of liquid stevia or ½ teaspoon sweetener of your choosing (maple, honey, coconut nectar)
Top with 1 tablespoons Primal Essence Cinnamon Sweet Coconut Oil 1 teaspoon chopped pecans A sprinkle of hemp seeds and shaved coconut
Instructions 1. In a glass container, combine oats, chia, milk, and cinnamon. Option to add liquid stevia for a little sweetness. Stir until well combined. 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. In the morning, top with Primal Essence Cinnamon Sweet Coconut Oil and other toppings. 4. Microwave for about 45 seconds to warm up to your liking. 5.
